Sarge is a handsome 3 year young, sweet, smart boy who is treat-motivated, walks well on leash, and house-trained. The ideal home has a large, fenced yard where he can run and play ball, his greatest passion, throughout the day. He needs daily walks and frequent outings to explore new places. He also requires patience and commitment working thru separation anxiety (or perhaps a strong will not to be left behind)--as he panics when crated, the ideal safe space when left behind is an indoor, solid kennel. Sarge needs physical/mental challenges, positive reinforcement, stable home environment.

Sarge is respectful meeting other dogs but needs time and oversight to adjust in the home and direction sharing attention, toys, treats, and food. He is best as the only dog but seems to like socializing. He has a typical prey drive toward cats, squirrels, and other small animals. He needs lots of fresh air and exercise with time outdoors throughout the day. Sarge is very mentally active (think Malinois) and needs an active life.
