Peanut is an energetic and super smart dog. She is 3 years old, but has high energy and tends to be excitable. With the right person, Peanut is an absolute sweetheart. Affectionate, gentle and sweet. She struggles with strangers and takes a while to warm up to people. She is very food driven and an incredibly fast learner. The ideal home for Peanut would have lots of land, preferably fenced in to make sure that she has adequate room to run. She needs someone with an abundance of patience, time, energy and love to give. She has had a hard life up to this point, but I have no doubt that she will be the perfect dog for the right person. She is spayed, but does not like other animals so it would be best if she was the only pet in the home. I hope that you will give her the chance to be the dog I know she can be!
