Charlie is a beautiful small, high energy 1 year old mix GSD female who would like nothing more than to please you and play. Charlie has been with her foster family and big four-legged brother GSD mix for a month and has come so far in this short time. She is an extremely smart, happy, and fun girl who LOVES toys, LOVES to run & play.  She has short hair and the softest cutest face of any GSD. Her right lip gets caught in her teeth when she plays and it is just so darn cute.

Charlie requires at least one run or long walk a day and training time to burn off her energy of which she is happy to work for you. She will require a forever home where she has a yard to run and play, possibly a dog companion able to tolerate her sometimes persistent rough play, and hopefully a walking or running partner with a firm leash to help direct her energy.  

Although we believe she may be as old as 18 months, she continues to work on leash manners, and not being so mouthy when her feet and legs are handled. We believe Charlie had limited people and dog exposure as a pup and though it is clear she has been to some obedience classes and is very healthy, she needs a firm owner who will control her energy and she will be a wonderful dog.  Charlie is crate trained and can go a full work day without issue. She should be crated whenever left alone or your trash and pillow stuffing will be found on the floor. She walks and jogs very well on a leash when using a correction collar and is a delight to be outside with. She leaps, runs, and changes direction with ease and would make a great agility dog with proper training.
