4/10/15  I would like to introduce to you Shera 3979.  We've been together for about 3 months as she came to me with a severe allergy and missing a lot of fur.  We put her on a special diet and a lot of meds and medicated baths 2-3 times a week which all seems to be working.  Her vet appointment today came back with positive results that her immune system is back to normal. She can now get her shots and start attending adoption events.  It's been a long road and it's far from being over, but she is worth all the work.  She's approx 5yrs old, about 82 lbs, devoted to her human, loves to play with a ball, is good with other dogs and the resident cat.  She can be a bit dominant with other dogs but corrects well.  She was never leashed as the previous owners used only voice commands.  She stopped, dropped and rolled the first few times on leash but she is much better now.  She still pulls a bit but we are working on that.
