Duke is a typical velcro GSD. He is extremely loyal and would follow you wherever you go if he had his way. He also comes when you call him and is eager to please. Duke LOVES kids of all ages, and would make an ideal family dog. He is a gentle protector/playmate of kids even younger than two-years-old. He likes a busy and active household; and because he is still a bit of a pup, Duke has a ton of energy and enjoys getting a lot of attention. Though Duke is extremely gentle and kind, he has a powerful bark that can be intimidating. He does need some leash training however, and does pull when walked. Despite this, he can sit, lay-down, and stay on command, and is working on some other tricks. He loves playing fetch and running around outside with his foster parents. All and all Duke is a perfect dog, and anyone would be lucky to have him as a part of their family.
