Turk, 6503, is a young pup who was picked up as a stray in a rural area and taken to the shelter. In spite of his happy personality and young age he was placed on code red at the shelter due to space issues. What a happy day when VGSR stepped up to save him. Turk visited the vet for initial visit in September 2023 at which time he was estimated to be between 9 and 12 months old. He is a vibrant healthy boy who is happy to be tossing a ball by himself or playing fetch and keeping the ball for a few laps. He is obedient and not pushy. He is leash trained, crate trained, house trained, is not vocal unnecessarily and sleeps well through the night. He is up to date on vaccines, and is neutered and microchipped. He appears to have.no cares if another dog enters his space and is curious but not aggressive of the resident cat.
