4/6/23  Gentle, docile and affectionate, Duchess is truly a gem of a dog.  She gets along with other dogs, cats and people, including children.  She is just an all-around excellent family dog.

Duchess is a Shiloh Shepherd.  She has long hair and she enjoys being brushed.  She gets excited about going for a walk, then she gets excited about going back home where she just flops on the floor like a giant teddy bear.  She is strong and pulls on the leash when out walking (we’re working on that), but indoors she is a couch potato.

Duchess is spayed and up-to-date on shots.  She will be attending adoption events in Northern Virginia.  Approved adopters may contact her foster at tnhuck@yahoo.com.
