4/7/21  Meet Steel. Steel, is a 1 Yo Pure Breed AKC Registered GSD, that was purchased from a Pet Store. He is an Owner Surrender. Steel got adopted very quickly but got returned. We later found out that something happened between him and the teenage girl who he was living with. So he doesn't do well with younger females. He does fine with my Girlfriend, but that also took some warming up.  From what I have have figured out is that he lacks confidence. He's only a year so with proper socialization he should be fine. He was living with 3 teenagers and did great with the two boys.  Steel has been a lot of fun, he's high energy and always wants to play and snuggle. He's great in the house. I've given him free roam in the house and he's house trained. He loves to gather things but only chews his toys. He's dog-friendly, not sure about cats. I would really like to see him go to an active couple or family with another dog. The only caveat is he needs to go to a family without a teenage girl.
