Beautiful is what I am and my foster Mom also agrres. Keeping me looking good takes a lot of work but I enjoy being brushed and have been known to fall asleep while my belly’s being brushed – it feels just like a massage to me.    When my foster Mom describes me she also says I’m full of energy and very affectionate. She jokes that she’s going to put me in the Kiss and Snuggle event in the next Olympics . I absolutely love to play tug-o-war with my foster Dad.   The three of us play all the time!   It takes a lot of play time but eventually I get so tired I fall asleep, usually on my foster Dad’s feet.   I know “sit” and walk fairly well on a leash (we’re working on the walk thing) and I love to ride in the car.   The thing I do best, though, is to come flying when somebody says my name.   I love my kennel and I climb right in and it’s lights-out for me.   Although I sleep alone and would rather cuddle with my 2 sisters, they’re not allowed in bed with me.   You see, they’re cats and I’m afraid I might roll over and squish them so they have to sleep in their own beds.     I think it would be so awesome if my new home had a buddy or two for me to play with; maybe another dog my size. I like the big boys and as long as they have lots of energy to play it would be great!!    You know who else I hope lives there – kids!   A lot of times they’re smaller than me too and just as much fun to play with.   My dream home would have 2-legged and 4-legged playmates and a Mom or Dad who would stay home with me most of the time.   I can stay home by myself, sometimes, but after a while I can get really bored all by myself and next thing you know I let my nerves get the better of me and I misbehave.   My foster Mom and Dad understand I don’t get so nervous while they’re gone if they put me in my bed.    If you think I might be “the one” you better put your application in quickly – somebody’s going to fall in love with me at first meeting and I’ll be gone in the twitch of one pretty little ear.
