Valkyrie is a kind and gentle girl. She is an AKC-registered Shepherd who sadly had to part with her family of 9 years because they were moving. Valkyrie has beautiful brown eyes. Valkyrie is extremely well trained and has wonderful house manners. She is house-trained and crate-trained, and she responds well to basic commands. Valkyrie absolutely loves car rides as long as she can sniff out the window to catch all the good scents passing by. Valkyrie also loves hikes in the woods and neighborhood walks and has very good leash manners. Don’t let Valkyrie’s age dissuade you - she is healthy and has many years and much devotion left to give. Valkyrie would be a wonderful first dog for a family because she is so easy to have around, or a loyal companion for a family’s current dog. FSMD VGSR Tag #1551 Adopted: 06/26/06.
