Hi! My name is Sheba and I'm just the cutest girl in a little package. I'm a year old and currently weigh about 40 pounds. I shouldn't get much larger so if you're looking for a smaller shepherd with abundant personality, here I am! I was a stray along with my Border Collie brother for about three weeks until this very nice lady took us in. She's been trying to find our owners, but they must have forgotten about us. I am extremely good around other dogs, cats and children. Everyone tells me I have a very sweet temperament, and I wag my tail a LOT just to prove it. I am currently living in a foster home in the Central Shenandoah Valley.
