Hi! My name is Samson! I haven't had a very happy first 2 years of life. My former owners kept me chained up outside, and had recently left me out in the last snowstorm of this past winter. Now I am very happy to be warm, have food and water and friends to play with! I love to play with my foster sister and brother. I'm learning sit and stay very well, and can now even shake! I also love to cuddle up with my foster mom and dad! I just love to be with people and other dogs! Do you have a fun forever home for me? I am being fostered in Northern Virginia.
