| Samantha is a really happy young girl despite having elbow dysplasia. When Sam was growing, her right front
ulna didn't form properly and now she has a ununited anconeal process (UAP). Basically her bones didn't attach properly and now
her elbow is unstable which causes irritation and her to have a limp after exercise. Because this wasn't caught sooner she now also
has degenerative arthritis in that elbow. Good news is that with surgery we can fix the UAP and with proper medication we
can slow down the arthritis so she can be running around and playing like she so wants to do. She will most likely need to be
on medication for the rest of her life. Please help Samantha get healthy. Her surgery will be expensive, so we are calling upon
all of you kind souls to help us out by making a donation toward Samantha's vet expenses. Please remember that your
donations are tax-deductible. Samantha and her two and four-legged friends greatly appreciate any help you can give because
they all are waiting for the day they can run around and play together again. You can contact Samantha’s foster home at
muraenidae@verizon.net if you have any questions or want an update on her. LMVA
