Adopted!

Ranger is a very sweet, social 10-month-old GSD mix who loves to play. Given any opportunity, he will chase his toys (preferably squeaky fleece or balls) and either bring them back to be re-thrown or, if a human isn't around, will entertain himself (and anyone watching him play). He's a scamp who plays hard and then sleeps soundly. We think that Ranger was injured as a puppy and his leg didn't heal properly - so his left hind leg is shorter than the others. This doesn't slow him down at all. Ranger is very fast and agile. He has a great time, running around, under or into his much larger canine foster sister. Known to be a little bit of an escape artist, Ranger needs basic obedience training. Ranger does well if the rules of the house are clearly explained to him. He is very receptive to training, learns quickly and really wants to please his humans. He is very friendly, loves kids and other dogs but has not had much exposure to cats.
