Princess #2

Adopted!

Here is Princess #2. She is a 13 month old, very underweight black and tan female GSD. She has recently been spayed and is up to date on all of her vaccines. Princess is VERY affectionate - she likes to put her head on your lap when you snuggle on the sofa. She has had a pretty rough life - she was dropped off at a vet's office with a litter of sick/dying puppies and was so weak that she had to be carried inside of the clinic. She is now on the rebound and as soon as she gains 25 lbs she will be a beauty. She gets along OK with other dogs after a proper introduction. At first she will bark but then she settles down quickly. She likes to ride in the car and she does not chew anything that is not meant to be chewed. We are making great progress on the housebreaking thing. As long as the sliding glass door remains open, she will use the outdoor facilities. She hasn't yet figured out how to tell us that she "has to go". Princess sleeps on the bed at night with PeeWee (the World Famous Test Cat) curled up by her side. She completely ignores PeeWee (much to PeeWee's dismay!)
