Beautiful Phoebe was abandoned in the woods but found by animal control. Someone may have heard her big bark. This sweet girl seems to have a kiss for everyone. She is an adult pure-bred German Shepherd that weighs about 80 pounds. Her foster dad has started her on a diet and hopes lots of exercise will help her shape up. She has done well with large dogs, small dogs and kids over 7. No cats for sure. Phoebe would be a great snuggle buddy or walking partner. She is a lovely black and tan with some red on her back. You will love her black face and long bushy tail. Phoebe is being fostered in Northern Virginia. HDVA Adopted: 01/30/05.
