Adopted!

Lucas is almost three years old. He's a neutered male, classic looking black and tan German Shepherd Dog. Lucas had some training as a puppy, but he became a fearful adolescent dog, presumably due to lack of socialization. He's a bit slow to trust people, but he's learning. He gets along well with other dogs and he should probably go to a home with a stable, more dominant dog, so that he doesn't feel the need to take control. He lived with a teenager in his prior home and is house-trained. He was surrendered to his current foster home because he developed the habit of chasing people out the door as they were leaving. However, he's more shy and fearful than anything else, so what he really needs is a calm, confident person that he can trust and depend upon. An all-adult household would be preferable for this guy.
