Jang Sae

Adopted!

I would like to introduce you to Jang Sae. He is a beautiful, six-year old boy, who was dumped at the shelter because his family was moving away. To us, he seems a lot younger than six, but that is what his paperwork says. He was very nervous after spending 20 days in the shelter, and he lost weight in that timeframe, but now he is responding quickly to being in a home with a pack. He is quiet and alert and very intelligent. He was outside on our deck and wanted to be inside and he was trying to open the door; he had the heavy glass door open several inches when we noticed. Jang Sae is okay on the leash, he pulls a little as if he has somewhere to be, but responds well to direction. He knows some basic commands in English, but we were told he knows commands in Korean. We are working toward figuring out some of those commands.
