Adopted!

Emily is a sweet, obedient 4-5 year old German Shepherd. Emily enjoys romping around the yard with human friends and going for leashed walks around the neighborhood. Emily loves attention and will roll over at the drop of a hat for you to rub her belly. Emily is crate-trained and house-trained. She is not an escape artist or a chewer. She is not overly protective, but will let you know something is amiss if needed. Some of Emily's favorite things are rawhide bones and being "baby-talked" to. She is very responsive and always willing to please her owner. Unfortunately Emily does not appreciate the company of other dogs. She could be placed in a home with a cat, but would need to be trained further not to chase them. Emily is also recovering nicely from heartworm treatment. Emily is full of sweetness and wants desperately to be placed in a home. Her past life only brought her litters of puppies, and fly-bitten ears. Emily deserves to be comforted and enjoyed, and will have many years of love to give to the right family. Could you be them? Emily has been patiently waiting for someone to give her a chance.
