Adopted!

Elsa is an absolutely stunning female GSD with a personality to boot! The guesstimate on her age puts her around 3 years old. She was found as a stray, taken to a shelter where she was not claimed, and that’s where a VGSR volunteer found her. What is amazing that whoever owned her never came looking for her – she is stunning (the pictures do not do her beautiful coloring and face justice), knows her commands (in German no less) and is an absolute sweetie!!! She does need to gain some weight, which should be between 70 – 80 pounds. She wakes her foster mom up with kisses in the morning, snuggles with her and is just a love bug. She might need a refresher course on leash manners…. From what her foster mom can tell, she craves human attention/affection more than her foster brothers, which makes it seem she was an only dog, or possibly shared her home with an older dog that was not very active. You better hurry, if you are thinking of adopting her, her foster mom is crazy about her….RNVA Adopted: 10/10/05.
