Adopted!

| This extra-large fellow will steal your heart with his friendly smile. Champ is a gentle giant with a large personality. About 2 years old, Champ should weigh at least 110 pounds. He was surrendered to the shelter when his family moved without him. Poor Champ couldn't understand how they could leave him behind. Neither can we. Everyone loves Champ. He is submissive to other dogs, and loves to play with all dogs and people. This high-energy boy will need a permanent family that will commit to giving him lots of exercise, so he can stretch those long legs. This is not a dog for a couch potato. His foster mom is so impressed with his intelligence, she teaches him new tricks all the time. Champ is house-trained, and is allowed out of the crate while foster-mom is at work, as he does not chew anything that is not his to chew. Champ is being fostered in Maryland and will be at adoption days in Northern Virginia. | |
