Adopted!

Carmen MUST be placed with another dog. She is very, very SHY and prefers dogs over people. After a week in foster care she still runs for cover if I approach her. Outside she will just lie down and roll over to be picked up. She is very sweet. To see her play with the other dogs is wonderful. With hope, she will come around soon as she sees the others do. She will walk on a leash but only after a few minutes to laying down and then will only go where she wants to. She will need to be placed with someone who has lots of patience. LTVA VGSR Tag #?
