Adopted!

Audra is a 1-2 year old female. She's about 55 lbs., not underweight, but very fine-boned for a GSD. Don't read "fine-boned" and think delicate - Audra is anything but delicate. She is a very active dog, and will be placed only with someone who is looking for a canine to "do" something with - like agility, obedience, etc. She has a boundless amount of energy - almost enough qualify her as a dog that needs a job, but lacks the focus a working dog needs. Audra is great with other dogs, good with kids (although would easily knock pre-teens over with her exuberance), and is CAT FRIENDLY!! She seems to be house-trained, and is crate-trained in her foster home. Without proper day-to-day stimulation, Audra becomes bored and will become whiney. As long as she is active and tired, she is a happy dog. If you are looking for more than just a "pet" - maybe a jogging partner, or a dog with enough drive to train to do a certain discipline, Audra is your girl!.
