14-month-old Annie is people-focused and has high ball drive. That, along with her great nose, make her an excellent SAR or detection prospect. She was rescued along with 16 other shepherds by a Loudoun breeder from a neglect situation. She is well-socialized and highly confident. Annie is NOT afraid of thunderstorms or anything else. She is 90% house-trained, and her adopter will need to closely follow the techniques needed to house-train a formerly kennel-kept dog that is unaccustomed to "doing her business" while on a leash. Because Annie jumps up when excited, she might not be suitable for a home with toddlers, but she would love to play with children over 6. She will probably not do well with cats, but would love another submissive dog to play with.
